Wieland Randall is looking to build a new manufacturing and distribution center on McClain Road and move their operations out there. Their current location doesn’t give them any space to expand, so building a new 6 to 7 million dollar facility will help them meet their future needs. The county commissioners were the final tax-collecting agency to sign an enterprise zone agreement. They approved a 95% tax abatement for 10 years, so the company can start construction.
